Excellent Event Site I have never held an event at the Crystal Rose, however I've attended several. I attended a wedding and it was truly beautiful. There's a gorgeous sweeping staircase and a lovely garden outside. I love the look and feel of this place, it's really beautiful with an gorgeous old-fashioned bar. I've also attended a wine tasting and also a dance. Each time I've been to the Crystal Rose on Hampden the service was outstanding - very attentive staff - and the food was also excellent. You might pay too much My friend just got married here and the wedding was okay but the amount of money she spent was crazy. They make you have them cater the event and therefor it is like $30-50 a head (includung any kids) The place is older looking and it seems like they are outdated.
Think Twice About Having Your Reception Here The Hampden Avenue location of the Crystal Rose is quite out-dated. The facility is okay, but not beautiful. They do include the facility rental, clean up, DJ, Bartender, and almost anything else you might need for a reception. The cost is all in the food, which is a fairly good value. The staff is also a little hard to get in touch with and they have so many events that they may not be able to give you all of the attention you deserve.
