Well we are coming up on the 6months that Kay the manager promised us a beautiful park well the only thing that has changed is that we have drinking water we now have year to date 167 calls for service from the sheriff department, 1 death ,2 trees fall on vehicles due to un maintained trees,fights ,drunks ,drug dealers,and rent that changes monthly . There is no onsite Manager, no communication between tenants and island communities so my advise is run far and fast before you buy in this park
