Avoid this dental practice. I went in today and they would not take my insurance without my social security number. I called my insurance company and they stated the dental practice does not need my SSN. They only need my insurance member ID. I spoke to the business office manager and she stated they want the SSN so they can send you to collections if the bill is not paid either by the insurance or patient. Underhanded business practice! They should be ashamed!
I am a self paying patient, no insurance, and Oakridge in Ocala kept over charging me for unneccesary modalities. Luckily, my friend recommended Crystal River Famiy Dentristry. Wow, what a world of difference. They treat you with respect and are kind. So very glad I switched to a better dentistry practice.
