Crystal was absolutely awful to work with. I honestly felt like I could not trust anything she said. Every conversation turned into another lie or some strange half-truth, and when I confronted her she denied everything and dragged it out even more. She also made blatantly racist comments, which was disgusting and completely unprofessional. We were interested in one of the rentals that Crystal was representing. We requested multiple times to see the home. Three days later she replied that the house wasn’t available even though it was still listed on the MLS as being active. Very unprofessional on multiple fronts
