I had Organized Pool Service replaced the pool pump and two 3 way valves, today. I was very pleased with the services provided.by the technician. He installed all of the parts in a timely manner. OPS has been our pool service for approx 6 months and I give them a positive recommendation. Thank you Jaqueline

The main reason we stopped using organized pools was lack of communication. It’s so hard to get a hold of anyone in a timely manner. Every time we had a question or a problem, we would call, leave a voicemail (no one answers the phone), or text, and it would be followed up sometimes days later with “I will check with “XYZ” and get back to you.” Which in turn took days. DO NOT TRUST this company formerly known as Crystal Pools, now Organized Pool Service. Failed to clean our pool properly for 7 weeks while we were away, though they charged us week after week. When we returned the pool was filthy with brown and black stains on sides, steps, and bottom. They even charged for a filter change during this time. It was obvious there was little if any brushing, cleaning or vacuuming done.
