DO NOT TRUST this company formerly known as Crystal Pools, now Organized Pool Service. Failed to clean our pool properly for 7 weeks while we were away, though they charged us week after week. When we returned the pool was filthy with brown and black stains on sides, steps, and bottom. They even charged for a filter change during this time. It was obvious there was little if any brushing, cleaning or vacuuming done.
