We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and care of the crew that installed our above ground pool. They made sure of the specific location, were meticulous regarding the level ground they produced, picking up many small stones by hand before laying the sand layer. They worked together like a "well-oiled machine" in their roles, rarely needing to speak to each other. My granddaughter even wanted to bring them some lemonade! Thanku Crystal Pools.
The entire staff provided top-notch customer service throughout the purchasing process. What's more exceptional is the post-sale service we have received since having our new pool installed last year. We definitely made the right decision choosing Crystal Pools for the installation of our new pool. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a chance before making such an important decision about your dream backyard.
I would not recommend Crystal Pools or any Hayward products whatsoever! Crystal Pools makes a great pool and the installation was incredibly fast, but their service and response to equipment issues is terrible. We were sold the Hayward OmniLogic Sale Water system for our 22,000-gallon saltwater pool. It was installed in Aug 2016 and was closed in early Sept that same year.
