We’re so glad we chose Crystal Pools to build our pool. We absolutely love the finish, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Despite some bad weather, the timeframe was great and they actually finished ahead of schedule, so we were swimming before Christmas. A huge thank you to the whole team who were easy to work. We love our pool!
Overall happy with the concrete pool that was built. Timing and admin side could be improved as there was unnecessary delay
We were unhappy with dealing with crystal pools. The pool was put in the wrong place which meant it did not line up with the house. There was no apology or acknowledgement. It took them a long time to get back in to finish the pool, despite us urging them to get started. I got the impression they prioritise pools with house builders they regularly work with rather than one off clients. Pool equipment they recommended was supposedly good though
