We were unhappy with dealing with crystal pools. The pool was put in the wrong place which meant it did not line up with the house. There was no apology or acknowledgement. It took them a long time to get back in to finish the pool, despite us urging them to get started. I got the impression they prioritise pools with house builders they regularly work with rather than one off clients. Pool equipment they recommended was supposedly good though
I ended up with a beautiful , high quality pool from Crystal pools , but the whole process took a very long time. There were delays in the beginning caused by some confusion regarding my need for a DA vs a CDC , mainly depending on the latest flood zoning report. Then there were quite long gaps in between the various steps of the pool build , from excavation to final tiling and pool fence erection. Perhaps Crystal pools took on too many clients at that time , and their tradespeople and organizers were stretched too thin.
Crystal Pool's were fantastic to deal with and l would highely recommend them. Seamless process from start to finish. Well priced for a concrete pool.
I love my Crystal Pool! Thanks to the team at Crystal for the high-quality finish and more importantly, the communication and customer service along the way. I was given clear choices and lots of information which is really important when you are navigating such a complex project. This is where their years of experience is really valuable. Even a small warranty issue after the install was dealt with quickly with no fuss. Thank you - to Sam especially - for helping me turn my dream into reality!
I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Crystal Pools. After a frustrating experience with another pool builder, Crystal Pools stepped in and genuinely saved the day.
