Very knowledgeable about pool water quality. They don't try to sell lots of unnecessary chemicals like another local pool company. Service is always pretty quick.
Crystal Pools did an amazing job with helping us purchase our hot tub. David Collier worked with us from the time we walked in the door until we finished our install. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the different brands and options and help us decide what was the right tub for our family. The install team did a great job as well and were also very friendly and helpful during the installation and setup. We could not be happier with our purchase. Thank you, David, and team!
Crystal Pools (Mechanicsburg) installed our fiberglass pool that we will enjoy for a lifetime. Andrew guided us through the entire process, also making great recommendations for hardscaping, fencing, and electrical contractors. Cole served as project manager and got the job done in difficulty conditions (heat, rock, etc.). Cole and Tech Expert Emory also graciously followed through on issues that inevitably arose, even when the issues went beyond the scope of Crystal's work.
