Great service for your pool and spa!
Crystal pools was excellent and from experience I can say they handles their clients with more care then others companies. The salesman helped me find a hot tub that was within my means and didn’t try to push me to spend more. The communication was great and the delivery and service throughout has been fantastic. I cannot praise them enough! I highly recommend them over others in the area if you’re looking for a hot tub as well.
had a great dealing with Dustin. He answered all my calls and assisted me with every concern I had. He is of High Caliber. The pool process was slow due to the inclement weather but it got done to my specification. The overview gentleman Pat was awesome giving all the explanations. He rocks. not sure if i would do another pool again but if i would i definitely would use Crystal Pools.
Check your warranty expires after 1 year they will cover nothing very disappointed the amount of money spent and a leak isn't covered only on are third year of ownership and there's no warranty wow
We have been working with Crystal Pools for about 6 months now. We have worked extensively with Andrew Duty in ordering a 40-foot fiberglass pool for our new home, and he has been terrific to work with! He has been prompt to get back with us and has answered a lot of questions. He has visited our home site a couple times and has coordinated all of the other workers in getting the pool in.
