very rude , not help full at all , i wanted a price on pool opening and closing , the girl count not be bothered helping me , would no recommend them
i bought a Sta -Rite pump on the owners recommendation, it has never worked right. Doesn`t come on , won`t stay on, flashes error messages all of the time. I went back a dozen times trying to get some help, they used every excuse in the book in order to not honor the warranty, such as I must have an electrical problem to i don`t want to upset the distributer. As a new pool owner I was there a few times in the past few days to set up my pool for the summer and I received amazing customer service. and the workers were very helpful.
