Run the other direction- They are rude and unprofessional. They will not guarantee their work and when you call to request a service call to recently installed equipment (they installed) they say to go elsewhere- if I'm not happy go to "Leslie's pool Supply." That's exactly what I did- Brie at Leslie was very helpful. I will be going to small claims against Crystal pool and Spa- they are CROOKS!
