Very prompt response and service. Christian (owner) had Jose come to clean my pool - remove leaves and debris in preparation to putting my property on the market for sale. Jose was very helpful and cheerful. Highly recommend!
I bought a used pool heater from Crystal pool NY and although when it was installed, a few burners and another part needed to be replaced. Christian returned the next day to replace all parts as well as instructed me how to correctly check the pool's ph balance, chlorine, etc. He is very knowledgable and even gave me a years warranty. I would certainly recommend his services.
I highly recommend crystal pool !!! They are reliable , knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with!!!! They helped switch our pool from chlorine to saltwater and they also do our weekly maintenance!!! Great company!!!
