No point advertising your 'great' service if you turn away a client at 1.01pm. I pulled up at 12.58 in front of the Coolalinga pool shop today just as another client was walking out, only to be signaled though the door that the shop was closed by two people behind the counter. If that's the measure of your client service, rest assured that I wont be shopping there again!
