Horrible customer service experience. We are first time pool owners and after attempting to open our pool ourselves we realized we would benefit from the help of professionals. After having Crystal come out twice our pool was still not functional. They overcharged us for the opening fee since we had already taken off our tension cover and set up the pump and gave us the runaround when we asked to be given a credit as those services were included in the opening fee and they didn’t do them, they didn’t properly install the rai... read more
They like to sell you broken equipment then refuse you a refund when you try to return it. Would not recommend. Owner and managers are scam artists who take zero responsibility for their business’ mistakes and will even try to accuse you of lying. Not the first time I’ve had something like this happen here. As you can tell by the reviews a lot of other customers have had the exact same experience. Can’t wait until this place finally goes out of business
I have known the owners for a long long time! Three generations of just being there when you needed them! They are #1 in my book!
