Solo was a phenomenal piercer. Very kind, clean and professional. The shop has a calm and private environment that made the experience excellent. I highly recommend for any piercings.
Jarod is one of the most annoying people I've ever met in my life and I found every interaction with him truly insufferable. The shop itself has very warm and dim lighting (for the aesthetic I assume) but because of this the jewelry I chose had a gemstone with a much different color than I had anticipated. I asked to take a look at the piercing multiple times during the marking process to which I was told "it's sterilized so I can't take it out." I was in KCMO for a short time, and stopped in to have my nose re-pierced. I had the most pleasant experience with Solo and JuJu. Solo explained the entire process so thoroughly and helped me make an informed decision on my jewelry piece. Would absolutely go back!
