You can park only in surface parking area, if you've pre paid/pre arranged the parking (else they'll tow it). Once you checkin you can only use the 15 min parking spot, that's it. Otherwise location is awesome. There are community food stalls on 2 days of the week and awesome brunch options 5 minute walking distance. Easy to get uber if you select an easy place.
Very spacious apartments at a great location.
I recently ordered a package through Amazon, which was delivered to my door by Fetch. Shortly after delivery, the package was stolen directly from my doorstep. This experience was incredibly alarming and unsettling. As a resident of five years, I have always felt safe in this community, which makes this situation even more distressing. Incidents like this create a sense of vulnerability and unease that no resident should have to feel in their own home.

I had a very disappointing experience with Blueground after what was initially a positive 9-month stay. During my first stay, everything was smooth, and I was even planning to extend my lease for another year. However, without any prior notice, my unit was booked by someone else. If I had simply been informed that another reservation request was coming in, I would have immediately extended for one year.
