We had flu shot appointments today for the three of us. Our 7-year-old daughter usually gets scared of injections, but pharmacist Darian helped her feel comfortable and calm. I would highly recommend this pharmacy, we received excellent service here. Kudos to this pharmacy
Our entire family goes to Crystal Pharmacy because Andre and his team are the best,! Super attentive, patient, and caring! My parents are elders who don't speak English well and their patience in explaining things to my parents is above and beyond. Our family has been to many pharmacies like Superstore, Costco, Shopper's, and other smaller privately operated ones, but none can compare to Crystal Pharmacy. We don't even live in Burnaby, but choose to drive there because of their top notch service and professionalism!
