Absolutely terrible experience with Crystal Panel Beaters. Had a small Toyota Ractis booked in through insurance, and what should’ve been a straightforward job dragged on for over 3 weeks. Every time I called, there was a different excuse — delays, parts, workload — something new every single time. No consistency, no accountability. If you’re overloaded, don’t accept the job in the first place. Being recommended by an insurance company doesn’t mean much when the service is this poor. Everything worked out smoothlty. We booked our appointment over the phone, went to the shop for inspection and quotes (which took us less than 30mins), then scheduled for repair. They are very diligent in providing updates as well even when they went over the target timeframe and are so apologetic about it. Getting the car after repair was fast too and everything we pointed out was done perfectly. Everything was so easy! From checking the damage, getting the insurance approval to booking in. When I picked up the car after repair it was spotless, fully cleaned and detailed. Fabulous service!
