I was using the hotel amenities ,was in the gambling area and I got refused to use the toilet by the security person.Do not visit this premise if u need to use the toilets.
I have dropped into this place a few times while waiting for the train over the years. I found the staff to be very nice and accommodating. They've (the new owners) have been doing renovations and it is coming together nicely.
Mid renovation but the gaming room is already looking spectacular, completely new setup with snacks and everything. Food is good and drinks are reasonably priced. Staff are polite and quick with service
The manager Pradip was incredibly helpful and extremely competent when it came to his role. Have been a regular member of the hotel under his stewardship.
