Watered down paints + no return policy...To go along with poor customer service with abusive lip service 🤮🤢 Please do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.
I needed a special type of paint and Crystal Paints made it. I ordered 1lt. of it to be delivered to Victoria from Qld. It was packed superbly and delivered within a week….. could not have been more efficient ! I thoroughly recommend this company and the quality of it’s product and service.
bought 1L timber oil from this shop and later found it may not enough, went back and wish to change to 4L (price was just about double the 1L---- they told after purchase the 1L). The reply is very firm----NO. Never go back again
Great service great price great product
Mixed the wrong colour us for our 2nd coat of paint. Went back there to sort it out and not only did they gave us the right colour for free but also let us keep the wrong one.
