This was a really nice place before the current owners took over. In the past year I have watched it go continuously downhill. Ice machines quit working and never replaced,so now the residents get ice from an igloo cooler. Who know how many people contaminate that with dirty hands? The a/c was faulty all summer, now we are headed into winter temperatures in the teens and the heat is not working in several resident's rooms. And how are residents allowed to run out of medication? Good, staff,clean, friendly, in rehab. The problem is it's very cold at night they can't seem to fix the heating system. I wish I was the only one complaining about the heat but I'm not. Otherwise it's a great place for rehab. Can't speak for the whole facility.

This place has gone downhill in the last year since ownership changed. They don't clean the rooms. They don't pick up the laundry. And if I hadn't been there one evening to tell my mother it was time for dinner they probably would not have fed her. She is in the memory care unit. Then the worst thing, they gave her the wrong medication.

This place has gone downhill. They just gave my mother the wrong medication. They don't clean the rooms. They don't pick up the laundry. And if I hadn't been there one evening to tell my mother it was time for dinner they probably probably would not have fed herwouldn't have fed her.
