This is an edit to my original review. After a couple of years, I decided to give Crystal Nails another try. Unfortunately, the rude and rushed service has not changed. The I pedicure room is nice and relaxing, but sadly the rude attitude from the manicurist left me stressed out rather than relaxed. The girl doing my manicure today was so rude that I left the salon feeling stressed and upset with myself for giving them yet another chance. I have been coming here for a long time with Andrea, she’s super friendly and her work is amazing!!! Anyone who thinks otherwise IS the problem she’s very gentle and it’s always a pleasure coming back!!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was paying $70 for literally just acrylics and my nails are RUINED. they are thin now and breaking and bending and I stopped going here like last year and I’m STILL dealing with the consequences! My nails are STILL unhealthy and ruined from them :(
