I had the worst experience here. The staff is rude. Was very rude to an elderly client there. Then tried talking to me about it to get me to side with them I suppose. Very unprofessional. Also I told them I wanted the powder dip, they told me they didn’t have that but only after removing the current powder. The polish used was an old polish according to the tech, which was told after 2 coats of polish were done. Why would they have bad product on the shelves and then why tell me that after wards. I love coming to Crystal Nails & Spa. They are very professional and super friendly. Everytime I come I feel so loved and welcomed. I love my nails everytime I go! They take their time and are very meticulous. I came in looking to get my nails done and left with a beautiful set of nails and new friends. I got a spa pedicure and designs on my nails because, treat yourself! The picture doesn't do it justice, you have to go in and give them a try yourself
Not your typical nail salon. It is extremely clean and has tons of nail options including art. Everyone speaks English and are genuinely a nice group. My nails and pedi all looked amazing. This will be my new spot and I highly recommend it!
Tina went above and beyond style! I went in a little unsure of what I wanted and she made my vision 100x better! Christina & Tina were both very warm and welcoming and made feel very taken care of. I will definitely be returning!
