I have been going to crystal nails for years. Over the last year, Vicky and her husband have been amazing. Today when I went to get a new powder manicure and regular pedicure, I was met by a total new staff member and the man at the front was very rude. When I asked if Vicky was around, I was told that she had hired this new manager. When I was finally taken for my appointment, the man was upset that I was getting a powder manicure and not gel. Terrible service. Stay away from this business. I got my hands burned. My review should be zero. I'm still waiting to recover of this damage. I told the owner and she did not care of it.
update - new owner - abby no longer works there. Best place around tbh, I’ve tried a lot of nail places in monroe and they all overbook and are crowded and don’t do a good job! That’s not the case at Crystal, I have to venture a little bit out of town but it’s so worth it. Abby is a great nail artist who never says no to a design I bring in. But everyone there is great! Highly recommend
