Crystal nails is a really great salon! I’ve been going to them ever since Vicky and her husband took the business over and I cannot say a bad word. Vicky is such a good person and very concerned that the people who work for her do a good job and it’s not easy to find good manicurists! She always has one ear and one eye paying attention to what is going on with all the customers in her salon. Crystal Nails is simply amazing, I found my new nail salon! Vicki and her staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! I've told many friends and family to come and have your nails done here. My gel manicure lasts so much longer too! Definitely a 5 star salon! :)
The staff is rude. They talk about you thinking you cant understand them. Unprofessional. Rude and not quality work. Don't disclose extra fees . I use to go there on a regular basis. Never again
Editing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I had been coming here for a few weeks and always found the staff friendly—until my visit on 05/02/24. When I arrived, the usual woman who greets customers wasn't there. Instead, a man (possibly the owner) was at the front. I asked for a regular manicure, as I had previously gotten a gel manicure during my last visit. As the nail technician began removing the gel, the man came over and informed me that there would be an extra $10 charge for the removal. I explained that I had gotten ... read more
