Crystal Nails is simply amazing, I found my new nail salon! Vicki and her staff are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable! I've told many friends and family to come and have your nails done here. My gel manicure lasts so much longer too! Definitely a 5 star salon! :)
The staff is rude. They talk about you thinking you cant understand them. Unprofessional. Rude and not quality work. Don't disclose extra fees . I use to go there on a regular basis. Never again
Editing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I had been coming here for a few weeks and always found the staff friendly—until my visit on 05/02/24. When I arrived, the usual woman who greets customers wasn't there. Instead, a man (possibly the owner) was at the front. I asked for a regular manicure, as I had previously gotten a gel manicure during my last visit. So good- Vicky is amazing - recently moved to Newtown from Westport and she is way better than anyone in that direction! I have gotten chrome, and other styles as well would highly recommend
