Worst place ever! No customer regard. You would think as busy as they are that they are really good. It is actually just their prices. No one in there speaks good english so if you try to tell them something they don't understand and if you keep asking they get rude. I went in there tonight for shellac/gel nails. After they woman doing my nails just kept laying and layering where it looked like I had uneven glue on my nails I nicely pointed it out. She spoke not in english to another employee which came over and tried to fix... read more

Was very disappointed in the pricing at crystal nails. It is very inconsistent. The owner that sits up front seems to add on 2$ here and 3$ there. Won't go back. :(

Please note that the only other review is from 2008. We have several ladies here at work that get their nails done at Chrystal Nails, and they look beautiful. I have not heard a bad review from any of them
