Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience at this salon. I went with a friend, and shortly after her appointment, her finger became red and swollen. She ended up needing antibiotics for an infection, which we believe was due to unsanitary tools or poor technique during the service. When she returned to the salon to let them know and ask for a refund they were rude, dismissive and didn’t accept any responsibility and said her finger was also cut prior to coming to the salon which was not the case. I visited this salon to get my nails done for my birthday, but the staff clearly lacked proper skill in creating an ombré French look on acrylics. The nail tech began applying color with a sponge without showing me her progress, then declared it finished, resulting in nails that looked spray-painted with white paint—definitely not an ombré effect.
