Always a great experience at Crystal Nails. The technicians are very courteous and friendly. I have been going to Won for several years and she is fast and does an excellent job on my gel fill everytime. She is very talented with her designs and creative. The one thing I like about this spa is if they do not have room ,they will ask you to set up a time for later when they are available. Other spas take everyone in and make you wait in a chair for a half hour sometimes. I highly recommend this spa.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at Crystal Nail Spa. During my service, the staff were quite rude. When I politely mentioned a concern about my nails and the design, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, the quality of the nail work was awful; my nails came out thick and bumpy. The design on my nails was smudged, which was a letdown. I came to Crystal Spa Salon with my wife, hoping to enjoy a relaxing time together. I was helping her choose a color for her shellac manicure when, within one minute, I was asked three times to leave her and proceed to my spa treatment. I found this extremely rude and frustrating.
