I’ve had my nails done here before. Does anyone know if they take acrylics off and how much? Also will they accept a gift certificate from 3 years ago?
My mom had went to get her nails done at crystals and it was very disappointing, the photos don’t do justice as to how crappy they look in person, they are bumpy, all have different shapes to them, and are uneven, she asked for pointy and the one middle finger is squared at the top. She also mentioned that the lady was very rude and unprofessional. Warning - Unsanitary tools and untrained staff. To be fair the facilities are adequate and clean and the pricing is affordable. A couple of the staff seem to know what they're doing; HOWEVER, the tools are not sanitized and they employ staff who know nothing about nails. Sooner or later, you will walk out with damaged and infected nails.
My nails look amazing, the staff are so kind and professional . Always look forward to my visits.
I am so disappointed with this salon the main nail technician keeps pushing me to get shellac nail polish and when I got my shellac polish removed and asked her just to put regular polish she did a lousy job and my polish came off after an hour and then she lied to me and told me that it takes regular polish 3hours to dry which is a lie she just wanted to me to get shellac nails to scam me so that she could make more money, I found out that it doesn’t take regular polish to dry 3 hours, so I don’t recommend this salon to any... read more
