My sister and I had a terrible experience at Crystal Nail Bar. During my service, the nail tech stopped working on my feet, went outside, came back in, and immediately started touching my feet again without washing their hands or sanitizing anything. That is completely unsanitary and unacceptable, especially in a business that is supposed to follow hygiene and safety standards. I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel people should be aware of my experience at Crystal Nail Bar. I went in for a nail service and the technician dug way too deep around my nail area, which ended up causing an infection. I even showed paperwork/documentation confirming where the infection came from, but instead of taking accountability or showing concern, the owner told me I was lying and said nothing could be done. I loved my experiences with Dao. She was exceptional at what she does!!! The atmosphere is awesome
I've been going to this same nail salon for a couple years. I initially wasn't too happy when they started charging $5 for a cut down. The nails are not excessively long and I get them cut down every 2 weeks. Now they are charging $5 extra for the shape. The shape has been the same "Almond" shape for over 2 years. I always tip so not sure if that's what they are adding into the total. Also $5 for "fill in service" What does the $45 cover?
The nail technician didn’t take the time to even look at my toes. She ended up cutting the skin of my toe as a result. She just went thru the motions- no care, no carefulness. This lady bent my feet in positions that hurt, I had to do more work with the hot towel placement that she left on for less than 2 minutes. After I left, I noticed a hang nail. This was my second try with them and I won’t be back.
