I recently purchased a car from Crystal Motors in Ft Myers and it was a very good experience. Nico and Pat were very friendly and professional with no high pressure sales and when an issue came up with the car shortly after I purchased it, Pat was extremely helpful in taking care of the issue and correcting the problem. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle. As a matter of fact, my wife is looking for a car and only wants to deal with Crystal Motors. Top Shelf operation.
I have it saved in writing that Everything was working on this car. It was clearly not inspected before sending. The heat does not work, and two of the four seat belts will not work. Patrick the owner turned on my, cursed and belittled me, mailed me the seat belt buckle's and is now telling me if I want them installed I need to drive the car back to Florida to get them working.
