We are thankful for a neighbor sharing Eduardo's contact information and details of his work on our community page. We hired his services to replace our main shower glass, install sliding glass doors in two of our bathrooms, and frame all three bathroom mirrors. His attention to detail in his work is truly excellent. He has wonderful customer service ethics.
Our experience with this company is horrible we order them for a window installation after they install the job and as so bad We tried to call and to solve it but looks like they do t want to do anything but taking your money Costumer service is not their goal Be careful
We just had our shower glass installed and I am more than happy with the results! Eduardo gave us a great quote, got the glass installed quickly and was very kind and professional. I was very impressed with the thick, high quality glass compared to the builder grade shower we had before. He also trimmed down our mirror and it looks brand new! I will be using Crystal Moon Glass for any projects in the future.
I called and ask for service Eduardo came to give us an estimate he was very rude and when he left he didn’t give us anything we are trying to get an estimate until now and they are asking to pay for the estimate. that is crazy we paid him $200 for an estimate He did the wrong estimate and now when we are trying to talk to him he is saying pay me another $200 for another estimate very disappointing and very disrespectful
Crystal Moon Shower Glass & Mirror did 4 showers for me in our new house in Porter TX. One being a very large walk in shower enclosure. Eduardo was the best. He was prompt, on time as promissed, very reasonable pricing & executed a great job. I did lots of rehabs & I am very familiar with good work so I can comfortably recommend this company to anyone who need shower glass, mirror or window glass. He is able to do all of the above. Soon I will call him to do a mirror wall for the bar area.
