Always a pleasure to see Crystal Boggs, FNP! She always takes time to talk and to listen to you. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of there for the next patient.
Crystal is a great NP she is very concerned with her patients and their issues. I was totally pleased with her and the care I have received each visit. I liked her so much I recommended her to my friends who are now also patients of hers.
I recently visited Crystal for an annual physical, and while I found her to be incredibly kind, attentive, and professional in terms of patient care, I was extremely disappointed to see I was charged for preventative care when this is covered by my insurance due to how she coded the visit. I believe transparency regarding pricing is essential, and the lack of clarity on the costs has left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall experience.
