Frank from Crystal Mechanical was very responsive and accommodating when we needed him quickly. He did a great job diagnosing our AC units and replacing worn-out parts, and he made very helpful recommendations for keeping the units in good condition. His work was professional and high quality, and he was a pleasure to work with.
Great company. Heat stopped working unexpectedly. Called afterhours. Frank came out and got it running again. Ended up replacing within the next few weeks. Everything was done as he said it would be. Fair, communicative and responsive. No issues. Had the heater delivered to my home when he said it would be, and installed later that day. No surprises, no delays. A friend of mine referred Frank's company to replace my 20 year old HVAC unit. His quote came in lower than the other two (2) quotes I received from Staten Island HVAC companies. Frank provided a better price, and longer warranty period (3 years as opposed to 2 years offered on the other bids) The installation went smoothly and seamlessly and in a few hours my house was cool again. My air conditioning died out of nowhere early June I called Frank from Crystal Mechanical and he came right away and was able to replace my unit that same week. He was very reasonable and so reliable. Explained everything to me and even showed my son a few things so he can help with maintenance. I highly recommend him and would use him again without hesitation.
I met Frank through a commercial job he was working on at my place of employment and he did a fantastic job. During 105 degree weather my home A/C stopped working.
