Frankie and team were amazing! I reached out to them and within a week they had ordered all required equipment and gave me an appointment for my AC installation. I had several people come out and look at my house but all were concerned whether they would be able to do it, or how much damage they would need to make on the walls. While their response was rapid, I felt they were just there to collect a service fee with no intention of fixing our furnace. Called on a Sunday morning of a 3 day weekend. They misdiagnosed the issue altogether and stated the parts might be difficult to get with suppliers closed on Monday holiday. Did not hear back from them at all...we called Sunday night only to be texted back the parts would not be available until Thursday of that week. A deep freeze was forecast for the whole week. Nick and Frank supplied and installed a ductless mini-split system for my garage to provide heating and cooling. They quoted me the best price of several contractors and did an absolutely fantastic job - even running the condensation line directly into my gutter. Frank helped me with filing permits with the township as well. The equipment and service they provided has been an excellent investment for my home.
I was very lucky to find Frank on Facebook and have him install a gas-fired pool heater in my garage. It was a very complex job that required running gas pipe across the entire length of the house, building a ventilation system from scratch, running electrical, and installing safety bollards.
