Crystal is an amazing therapist that is professional, experienced, knowledgeable and personable. She has helped me tremendously over the past 9 months by addressing multiple back, knee and hip issues related to past surgeries (spinal fusion, knee arthroscopies, hip replacement) and arthritis. Crystal is the best massage therapist I have ever been to, and I have been to some of the best spas in the world. I have been going to her for over 8 years, and she is always on top of her game, professional, and is just overall amazing at what she does. I lift weights and run, and I was struggling with recovery, but she has helped me so much. I have also read her book and, as a nutritionist myself, I found it to be very well researched, well organized, and helpful. She is also a good, kind person.
I’ve been going to see Crystal for almost four years now and I can’t emphasize enough what an impact she has had on my quality of life.
