Disappointing Experience - I booked a 60-minute foot massage for $45 and confirmed the appointment ahead of time. When I arrived, it was clear the front desk wasn’t aware of my booking, but after a short wait, they were still able to take me, which I appreciated. Not a quality massage, the room was too warm, the massager was using too much of elbow for massaging which was painful. Overall not a great experience.
The service was very bad and they still ask you for a tip…!!!!! It is not recommended
Great Massage!! There was a misunderstanding but management took care of business in a very professional way. I highly recommend this place!!!
After a long week with fatigued and sore muscles, my regular masseuse at another place was not available, so I decided to give Crysta Spa a try. The masseuse Lucy was very friendly and provided a much needed deep tissue massage. She put a lot of effort into getting my tight muscles to relax and I left feeling amazing. Highly recommended!
