Once again, Crystal Martinez has proven (in my eyes) to be an unethical agent w/SF. Yesterday, I was informed that one of my policies was transferred to Crystal's office. I immediately called her, she refused to speak w/me. Today I called SF Corp office, was informed the transfer was initiated by Crystal herself. Dishonest individual! In error, my amazon order was delivered to Crystal's office & confirmation of delivery was confirmed by amazon. Also, when I called the office, her staff confirmed my package was there. Yesterday, my son went to Crystal's office to pick up the package & was told by Crystal, it was never received. I believe Crystal, the agent was unaware I had called prior to sending my son. Very dishonest, shame on you Crystal!
