Crystal Marie’s recently created the floral arrangements for our wedding. The floral arrangements were beautiful and filled the space nicely. She did not miss any arrangements and had clear notes for logistics day of the wedding. However, the communication was very challenging and the floral process lacked transparency. I was told I could no longer communicate with the florist until the week of my wedding, which as a bride, is very disheartening a vendor would treat a bride & groom in this manner. I found Crystal to be highly unprofessional. When she did communicate with us, she was regularly rude, abrasive and often misunderstood our questions. As an example, we asked about what types of flowers she was able to order and she misinterpreted as asking her for her wholesale invoice information and got very defensive. We worked with about 12 vendors to plan our wedding and she was the only one who was difficult.
