I made an appointment two weeks in advance for a walk through estimate of weekly cleaning services. I am a traveling, night nurse, so planning ahead is essential. I sacrificed sleep to accommodate the appointment. The morning of the appointment, an hour and fifteen minutes after the appointment was to take place, I had to call them to find out why no one had shown up or called.
