The nurse that takes vitals has been so rude every time I’ve taken my kids here, about 6 times. The doctor has not been thorough at all and acts like she doesn’t care that my child has chronic pain. Every wait time exceeds a half hour and the last time I went we waited for 55 minutes, they took a walk-in ahead of us then we waited in the patient room for 15 minutes and the doctor spent less than 5 minutes with us. The young women who works at Front office was rude, gets smart and sassy for no reason at all
I recently changed my children's pediatrician to Dr Brown. She was great with them. Very thorough. The office staff were pleasant too.
