It’s been very hard finding a good and reliable place to consistently go to for my waxing and threading. I have been to many places where they lack efficiency and sometimes waiting for 30 plus min. HOWEVER, thankfully crystal look on Bristol has now become my go to and I am so thankful for the amazing team they have. I’ve been going to the Bristol location for many years now. Here’s a polished, firm, and professional version of your review: I visited your Heartland location yesterday morning for a full arm, full leg, and underarm wax. Before the service started, I requested that the esthetician use a spatula to apply the wax instead of a roll-on, as that is my personal preference and the method that has always been used for me at your Bristol & Creditview location.
