DISAPPOINTED! DISRESPECTFUL!RUDE! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. When I called beforehand, I was quoted $10 for a headwash, but upon arrival, I was told it would be $20 depending on my hair length. I politely suggested they should inform customers over the phone that prices may vary, as nobody had asked me about my hair length during the call.
