Service was awesome. First time at this dealership and it won’t be my last. They welcomed me like I mattered. While waiting, I received a video via text showing the full inspection they did of my F150 and explained everything they seen both good and questionable. I never experienced that at any other Ford service department. I had my 50,000 mile service inspection done and I only needed my AC filter and air filter replaced. I called to make an appointment for my vehicle Monday and they had an opening available for Thursday but had to be towed in because I lost my AWD. They said If I could get it there they would try to get to it sooner if they could, and they did just as they said. They kept me informed daily about what they found, parts that needed to be ordered and cost.
