Moved in 2009. Love it here. Never a problem. Pleasant place to live.
Real cruddy place to live at. They don't fix anything and treat their tenants lile crap. Even after moving our our landlord still tries to harass and start trouble with my family by calli g the cops on us for bogus reasons. Only time my family comes back here is to visit friends/family. Best to steer clear of this place unless you have no other place to stay. the manager is more than rude! she is the root of all evil, she lets her " buddys" get away with things that would get other people kicked out like================ open pipes on motorcycles they are not allowed but if you buddys its ok. parking in yards , building garages on there trailer , if you are thinking about moving here , think about if you would care when she yells at your kid for doing nothing, go anywhere but here!!!! i try to mind my own but its hard to do

I love living here!! Is a very nice community that is ran very well so its an awesome environment.
We have been here since 1992 and have no problems at all we like out here its very nice.
