Saw Sarah Smith for 6 months for my dvt (bloodclot). She never ran any blood tests that I wanted. At my 5 month appointment she didn't remember which leg the blood clot was in. I scored badly on an anxiety assessment and she ignored it. The receptionists are rude and short. No one makes you feel welcome or comfortable. I'd self treat before I had to go here again.
