We had a very pleasant experience buying our minivan. Joe Leopold was a great salesman. He showed us what we wanted to see and did not hassle us with phone calls when we took a couple days to decide. Once we decided the sale was without the usual complications or added sales pitches. Everyone was very kind and celebrated our new purchase by playing my wife’s choice of music and confetti. We highly recommend.
I think at 7:30 in the morning employees can communicate with the customer instead of just walking around the car taking pictures. I have a job to get to also and would like to be told what's going on. Than when I pick up my car and want to pay am informed that they don't take checks, but the lady that said that couldn't point out any visible sign. And I don't look for sign. Can't be to old because the guy that was helping didnt know that either. Not to quick to return unless what needs to be fixed is under warranty
