I am very happy with the townhouses and the community. Greg and Ciara have been wonderful assisting with my questions and overall concerns.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. I do not care how cheap it seems, it’s like that for a reason, I promise. We just had to break our lease six months early because it was so bad. The day we got our keys, the property manager warned us about a resident. They did not inform us that it was the person we were sharing a wall with. I have lived at Crystal Lakes for three years now and have been pleased with the experience. At the end of the day, no rental situation is perfect, but I feel that living at Crystal Lakes has been great. Compared to rental prices of nearby properties, Crystal Lakes is generally cheaper which is surprising given that it is in a relatively quiet area and is within walking distance of Old Hilliard with all its nice restaurants and public areas. I lived one year at Crystal Lake, it was an amazing experience, people over there treated me and my family pretty well, the maintenance team, the manager Greg, everyone were amazing, if I need to rent an apartment again definitely I’ll be back at Crystal Lake
