The maintenance is amazing always quick and super nice and always help. I've never had a problem and when there was the manager and both maintenance would take care of it I've never had to worry about anything since moving in here.... now if they leave so will me and my family, I wouldn't want anyone else to be apart of management.
Like the apartment plenty of space, the reason for 2 stars is over the last 9 months we have spoken to office about the pot smell coming from neighbors to where it makes me physically ill in my own home. Now this is a non-smoking building so how does this get brushed under rug. Same people have vehicles with expired tags and flat tires that get away with it. I have lived here for 2 years, and have to compliment the entire staff. Greg, the property manager, always promptly takes care of any concerns I have. George and Ralphie, the maintenance guys, provide excellent service should anything need attention. These guys make living here a pleasure.
I've lived at Crystal Lake (in one of the townhomes) for a little over a year now and have had zero complaints. I love the amount of space that I have, and the garage is a nice bonus. The staff are nice and friendly - Greg is super genuine and makes it a point to address your concerns/problems. Maintenance is always responsive and will quickly address things--I've never had to wait more than a day or two. I generally keep to myself, but the few neighbors that I've met have been nothing but pleasant!
Rent keeps going up. Apartments never get upgraded. $1500 for a 2 bedroom is ridiculous. My furnace is so loud that when it runs, I can't hear my television. Never got to see the baby geese this year because they had Goose Control come and drill holes through the eggs. I'm only here for my kids to stay in Hilliard schools. My apartment is small, things are constantly falling apart. Not worth the ridiculous amount they want for rent.
