I genuinely love living here. The property is well maintained and Greg in the leasing office is SO nice and helpful. I've been here a few months and plan to be here many, many more.
My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and have loved it. We love having the pond right outside our patio and that Powershack gym is included in our rent. Ralphie and George are the amazing maintenance men that come when emergencies happen and are always able to manage a problem.
I have lived here for several years and have rarely experienced any significant issues. My children love it here, and I greatly appreciate the office staff and maintenance team—they are always helpful and professional. Most of the neighbors are friendly, though of course, there are always a few exceptions, but overall, it has been a positive experience. Parking can sometimes be a bit tight, but not too big a issue.
