RecommendedWe lived here 2.5 years and I found the management group overall very professional. I like they used an app for maintenance requests and you could set up auto pay. It is more expensive than other places in GB but I feel it's nicer and the condos (where we lived) has in unit washer and dryer which is hard to find. I liked the keyless entry. Having a mailroom was a pain but also nice at times if you had packages - didn't have to go to the post office to send out. Poor staff and management. The snow is never plowed in a timely manner. The staff in the front office never respond to emails or answer the phone. The complex is overall poorly run.
Been here 2 1/2 yrs, not impressed for the amount of money we pay. Ants r prevelant, refigerator door does not clear the counter to open all the way, making it impossible to remove crispers to clean. Toilets plug easily. Was told by a former maintenence man that the toilets do not meet current standards. The blacktop is not level to the entrance to the garage. 3 inch drop, hard on the car tires. Just moved in a week ago from Detroit. It is very clean, quite complex. The apartments and condos are awesome. New floors, hot water, no mold on the walks. The rooms are huge with lots of storage. Not a lot of natural light though. All for less than we paid in Detroit and we can drink the water and we actually feel safe, no murders.
very noisy & they do not take care of complaints. in the 3 years i lived here the gate worked maybe 2 months & i hear the neighbor above me going to the bathroom, talking, & when they have sex above me it sounds like a cheap \$29 motel room from the squeaking bed springs & my ceiling fan wiggles from it.my whole apartment shakes when the neighbor closes his door.
