I saw Kenneth Wood at this location and this same phone#. There were some complaints listed here that I experienced. I don't think those reviews were for Dr. Wood but I also was given a large hard plastic ear mold which was very uncomfortable and actually started giving me a nerve pain across my cheek. I was referred by my family doctor for a hearing test. Good news, no hearing aids needed. But the person who does the billing will NOT bill Medicare. My secondary insurance will not pay until Medicare has been billed. And Medicare part B will pay for a test if referred by a primary provider. By the person who does the billing told me it would be illegal for her to bill Medicare. I’m not understanding this but would recommend you see someone else.

I moved to Chico during the pandemic. Leslie Shojii, audiologist of Redding Hearing Institute, had given me excellent service for for 20 years, so I wanted another audiologist. Crystal Chalmers was the only one in Chico. Her sound booth test was very brief and the hearing test was primarily questions as to my lifestyle -- which she put into the computer.
