Very friendly staff clean office & really enjoyed my visit with Dr Jencks very refreshing. Did not feel rushed answered any questions I had very comfortable
I had a new patient visit with Dr. Jencks She not only listened but she Heard me, she took time with me, I did not feel rushed, she was very thorough with questions and ordering test and lab. I was very pleased with my first visit . Update: this provider became out of network for my insurance, I did decide to go with Parkview providers. The Lutheran Network had so many issues, up and downs, firing of provider and totally changing the facility I just got tired of the uncertainty
Great Doctor, very personable and to the point. I liked Dr. Hoffman as well but Dr. Jencks might be better yet.
I like Dr. Jencks. I like that she is thorough, does complete exams and orders appropriate tests when needed, including appropriate blood and imaging tests. I wish she would order refills on medications (Allopurinol for example) when she prescribes them. I am sorry she will be leaving at the end of July but I look forward to having my care transferred to Emily metzinger John M. Watson BD 11/03/1945
