I used Jim Mann in 2011 for work in my condo in Marco Island. He was very professional, trustworthy and gave a fair price. Everything was done timely and we had called upon him twice for estimates since then. Unfortunately with other circumstances coming into play, we couldn't afford to do it at that time. We recently called to have a small job done, shower surround and vanity. We were told that he really wasn't interested in doing anything under $25000.00, wasn't worth it to him.
