Our portable A/C unit had been running inefficiently despite multiple filter changes, which led me to call for professional help this time. The technician identified a clogged condenser coil and cleaned it thoroughly, resulting in noticeable improvement compared to last summer's DIY attempts.
Ducts repaired, air flows great now.
I was unsure if the technician would go beyond a cursory check, but he spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting and cleaning each component, even showing me how the condenser coils were slightly dusty. This was far more detailed than the last service I had, giving me confidence that my A/C will run smoothly this summer.
Fixed quickly, worked like new.
Installed thermostat correctly, worked well.
