Awful company. Unprofessional and rude staff. They want service to be paid for coming out and not fixing two of my appliances. When they came out the second time I pointed this out to them and they refused to actually fix the appliances unless I pay for the service call twice. Now I have to find another company who actually knows what they are doing to fix my furnace and water heater. They lost any future business from me on four separate properties.
Crystal knocked it put of the park again. Units went down and no AC. Juan went above and beyond to identify the issue and making it right. Dave worked magic providing a new head unit all installed in one day. Thank you again Crystal Team!!
